About the Role

The Recovery Manager is responsible for managing overdue accounts and supporting clients through structured repayment solutions. You will communicate with clients professionally, identify the reasons behind delays, and negotiate sustainable payment plans that protect both the client relationship and the company’s interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients with overdue accounts via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Investigate the root cause of delayed payments and propose fair recovery plans.
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions and payment agreements.
• Work closely with the Retention team to retain long-term clients.
• Track recovery targets and report progress to the operations lead.
• Analyze aging reports and prioritize accounts by risk level.
• Escalate complex disputes to senior management when necessary.

Requirements

• Age between 19 and 30 years (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency operations (mandatory).
• Good working computer and high-speed internet connection (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Experience with CRM or spreadsheet tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, collections, or account management is a plus.
• Willingness to learn — full training provided in English.
